Jacob Nieuwenhuis
President/Owner
Jacob graduated from UW-Whitewater with a business degree in 2016. He worked on the supply side of the construction industry for 3 years. He Joined the Keystone Homes team in 2018 where to took on every role from expeditor, laborer, to project manager. In 2023, Jacob took over ownership of Keystone Homes.
"I love to help build customers the house of their dreams and see their visions come to life. In a process that can be overwhelming, I want to simplify the process and make home building a positive experience."

Jared Wanta
Expeditor
Jared has been involved in the construction industry since the age of 15, beginning with residential exterior projects before expanding into commercial construction. Most recently, he gained valuable leadership experience managing a department for a roofing company, where he strengthened his skills in problem-solving, customer service, and project coordination to ensure jobs ran smoothly and clients stayed satisfied.
Outside of work, Jared enjoys spending time with his two young sons, who keep him active and busy. He also enjoys running and spending as much time outdoors as possible.

Jennelle Schure
Operation Coordinator
Jennelle joins the Keystone Homes team as an Operations Coordinator, bringing creativity, organization, and communication skills to help create a great experience for homeowners. She earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Development and Family Studies with a minor in Psychology and has previous experience in social work, retail management, sales, and marketing.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors, walking her dog, and discovering new coffee shops.
