Keystone Homes & Remodeling is first and foremost a small family-owned business. The company has been around since the early 2000's and was bought out by Scott Nieuwenhuis in the early 2010's after being an expeditor/partner for several years. Jacob Nieuwenhuis, owner, has worked for Keystone Homes since 2018. In spring of 2023, Jacob took over operations as his parents transitioned into retirement. The family-owned culture is still present in how we do business, making sure that each and every customer doesn't feel like a number. We understand that we are not just building a house, but a home that families will enjoy for many years to come. We would love to be a part of your story.  

 

Keystone Homes has built over 150 homes in the heart of the Fox Valley and the surrounding area including: Greenville, Hortonville, Appleton, Darboy, and more.

About our Homes

Our floor plans are all ranch-style and range between 1600-1900 square feet. Many visitors to our open houses comment that we make the most of the space and the floor plan designs are well thought out.

We use high quality finishes as a standard in our homes which give customers generous allowances to make selections.

We offer a high standard of quality features, while still striving to maintain a value price to the home. Our standard amenities and available options provide a homeowner with a real sense of pride. At the same time, we know the importance of pricing to the customer.
