Aspen
The Aspen is our top selling floorplan and is used as the base model for many of our custom homes. This plan features a floor-to-ceiling stone-wrapped fireplace with optional built-in cabinets and floating shelves on both sides, a 4'x9' island, and a huge walk-in pantry. Need a lot of storage? This plan has an optional 4 1/2 car garage just under 1300sf!
Sequoia
The Sequoia is one of our newest floorplan developed to include desirable aspects of a home in a compact footprint, less than 1700 sf. This house offers 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath rooms, a pocket office, walk in pantry, split bedrooms, and open concept design that checks many buyers' boxes.
