Jacob Nieuwenhuis
President/Owner

Jacob graduated from UW-Whitewater with a business degree in 2016. He worked on the supply side of the construction industry for 3 years. He Joined the Keystone Homes team in 2018 where to took on every role from expeditor, laborer, to project manager. In 2023, Jacob took over ownership of Keystone Homes.

Jeremy Fenske
Expeditor

Jeremy joins the Keystone Homes team as an Expeditor, bringing over 15 years of experience in the construction industry, much of it in supply chain side. His background and love for problem-solving make him a strong fit for keeping our projects running smoothly and on schedule.
​
Outside of work, Jeremy enjoys time with his wife and daughter, tackling DIY projects, catching live music, and exploring craft beer.
