Keystone Homes is first and foremost a small family-owned business. We have been in business for over 20 years and have built more than 250 homes in the heart of the Fox Valley and the surrounding area including: Greenville, Hortonville, Appleton, Darboy, and more.

In 2023, Jacob Nieuwenhuis took over ownership of Keystone Homes. He grew up around construction and has worked many construction related jobs such as framing, roofing, finish carpentry, sheetrock install, etc. Jacob has a passion for construction and building high quality homes. Over 50 homes, duplexes, basement remodels, and garage remodels have been overseen by Jacob.

About our Homes

Our floor plans are all ranch-style and range between 1600-1900 square feet. Many visitors to our open houses comment that we make the most of the space and the floor plan designs are well thought out.
